This embroidered wall chart with 28 detachable components.The content of my plate wall chart is designed according to the dietary guidelines issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, aiming to teach young children about portion sizes in each food group. The components include 23 food-shaped pieces: 5 types of fruit, 5 types of vegetables, 5 types of grains, 5 types of proteins, and 3 types of dairy products, as well as 5 text pieces.The chart uses five different-sized colored sections to demonstrate the portions we should have for a balanced meal each day. The sections are colored as follows: pink for fruit, green for vegetables, orange for grains, purple for proteins, and a small blue circle at the top for dairy products.
